About Us

Here at Victor Projects we are excited to be contributing to Okanagan real estate. We have dedicated many years to developing projects here in Kelowna and are continually making decisions that help to shape communities in the Okanagan.

Our company started in 1989 as Eldorado Livestock Feeders Ltd, which was largely inactive. With several acquisitions in our early years we have been able to grow into one of Kelowna’s top developers. We’ve since taken on many major projects such as McCurdy Corner Centre, Orchard Place Mall, Boucherie Mountain, and Kelowna’s Superstore Centre.

We understand the importance of making positive impacts in our communities and we take great pride in providing exceptional properties for future generations to experience and enjoy.
